AspenTech is seeking a Solution Consulting Manager for Planning & Scheduling and Supply Chain in the EU. You will partner with regional sales leadership to shape the strategic vision and roadmap for growing AspenTech's business in the region.

You will lead a team of experienced Solution Consultants through the sales cycle, crafting a vision and roadmap that addresses customer requirements and defining an implementation and sustainment program. Strong business and tech acumen are essential.

Formación

• Chemical Engineering background or equivalent with industrial software experience.
• Experience in consulting or technical sales in O&G or Chemicals.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and economics.
• Specialization in Planning & Scheduling or Supply Chain.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to articulate technical solutions to business problems.
• Willingness to travel ~40%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Solution Consultants through the sales cycle.
• Guide consultative discovery with customers to identify needs.
• Develop vision and roadmap for customer solutions.
• Design implementation and sustainment programs.
• Coordinate across pre-sales, design and delivery stages.
• Communicate value of AspenTech offerings to customers.
