Accenture España in Barcelona is looking for a Planning Analyst to join the Consulting HUB. You will work on end-to-end supply chain transformations for prestigious clients, combining planning expertise with technology-enabled methods in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and designing to-be solutions, with English proficiency and a bachelor’s in business or engineering. Entry-level consultancy experience is preferred.

• Preferred business (BBA or Economics) or superior engineering degrees
• High level of English is mandatory
• Entry-level experience in consulting is preferred
• Entry-level experience preferred in supply chain planning
• Willing to certificate in one or more of the listed planning tools

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end supply chain transformations in line with clients’ challenges.
• Define, optimize, and implement supply chain planning processes and operating models.
• Transfer detailed requirements to Accenture SI team.
• Plan and monitor implementation activities to achieve results.
• Demonstrate knowledge of supply chain planning processes and systems.
• Leverage Accenture tools and Agile methodology to accelerate transformations.

Role Description

• Define strategies at the intersection of business, technology, and function.
• Develop business and operate models for the entire enterprise or a specific function.

Accenture SCM professionals help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

Specifically Supply Chain Planning professionals concentrate on developing and implementing integrated supply and demand planning strategies that improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness and create synergies and collaboration across companies.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Drive and support end-to-end supply chain transformations in line with clients’ business challenges.
• Define, optimize, and implement product and service supply chain planning processes and operating models aligned with industry best practices.
• Transfer detailed functional requirements and priorities highlighted with client business stakeholders to the Accenture system integration team.
• Plan and monitor implementation activities to support the timely achievement of expected results.
• Demonstrate knowledge of supply chain planning processes and related systems.
• Leverage Accenture assets tools and Agile methodology to accelerate and manage transformations.

Qualifications:

• entry-level experience in consulting is preferred.
• entry-level experience preferred in Service supply chain
• Preferred experience with planning tools like IBP (SAP), OMP, o9, Kinaxis, Servigistics, Anaplan, …
• If no experience, willing to certificate in 1 or more of the solutions before mentioned.
• Ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design to-be solutions, design configuration rationale, and create functional designs.

Professional Skill Requirements:

• Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Desire to work in a Strategy Consultancy environment, with exposure to an information systems environment.
• High level of flexibility: to explore other Supply Chain areas and functional projects not limited to Supply Chain Planning
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through to resolve any outstanding issues.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and support multiple clients.
