OSI Europe is seeking a Capacity Planning Specialist EU (m/f/d) to coordinate and analyze EU volume flow across production sites in Europe, including Toledo, and support SAP IBP implementations. You will work with SAP, Excel, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand planning and stock management.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Experience in a complex supply chain manufacturing environment with planning/stock/forecasting.
• Analytical mindset with ability to build and maintain data analysis structures.
• Autonomy in decision-making.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive approach to process improvements and openness to change.
• Experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
• Very good English (written and verbal); local languages beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating and analyzing EU volume flow for assigned areas to ensure alignment across sites.
• Managing end-to-end volume planning including demand adjustments, allocation, promotional volumes, and transfers between EU plants.
• Working with planning tools (Excel, SAP, SAP IBP) to prepare scenarios, monitor deviations and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with local EU sites, sales, supply chain, finance, and logistics partners to maintain accurate planning processes.
• Supporting stock management, analyzing demand trends, production and delivery performance, and contributing to corrective actions.
• Preparing reports on planning adherence, stock trends and demand evolution.
• Participating in planning projects and supporting the annual budget allocation process.
• Engaging in SAP / SAP IBP implementation, helping shape systems and processes.
