Formación

EU Projects Communication and Dissemination Manager & Bid Writing

HELPEU is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an EU Projects Communication and Dissemination Manager, also supporting European Bid Writing. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about EU-funded research, innovation, and effective project communication.

Key Responsibilities

EU Projects Dissemination and Communication

As an EU Project Manager specialising in Dissemination and Communication, you will:

• Lead dissemination and communication strategies for EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe, LIFE, EIC Pathfinder, etc.), ensuring project visibility and impact.
• Design and implement tailored communication activities, including branding (logos, visuals), website and social media management, newsletters, press releases, videos, and promotional materials.
• Organize project events and clustering meetings, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor project progress, including deliverables, budgets, and timelines, in collaboration with the finance team.
• Prepare project reports, including technical aspects, ensuring compliance with EU guidelines.
• Engage with project partners and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge dissemination.

Bid Writing and Company Media Management

Support pre-award proposal phases by contributing to the writing of European project proposals, with a focus on the impact section, dissemination and communication (DEC) plan, visual design (logos, PERT and Gantt charts, consortium maps, graphical abstracts, etc.), and proposal formatting. Manage HELPEU's website and social media, enhancing our digital presence.

Requirements

We seek proactive professionals with strong leadership skills and creativity. Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe, LIFE, EIC, etc.).
• A university degree, preferably in a technical field (Engineering, Health, Biotech, etc.).
• Proven expertise in communication and dissemination activities within EU projects.
• Excellent Spanish and English (C1 level) communication skills (both written and oral). Additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience using digital communication tools (e.g., Canva, social media platforms, website management).
• Ability and willingness to travel within Europe for project meetings and events (occasionally).
• Experience contributing to EU proposal writing.

• Solid knowledge of EU funding programs (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, etc.).
• Experience in the technical, administrative, and financial management of EU projects.
