WEP Clinical in Europe is seeking a Medical Director to lead medical and scientific aspects of protocols and Expanded Access Programs, guiding investigators and teams to ensure integrity and ethical standards.

This role requires an MD, 5+ years in clinical research, travel up to 15%, and collaboration across regulatory, clinical, and operations to drive safety, data interpretation, and trial execution. Join a mission-driven organisation advancing clinical research and transforming lives.

Qualificações

• MD degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant clinical research experience, preferably medical monitoring.
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 15%.
• Experience in EAP / CUP / NPP is preferred.
• Proven experience in protocol development, implementation, and interpretation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary medical point of contact for investigators, regulatory agencies, and teams, ensuring protocol interpretation and addressing medical inquiries.
• Monitor clinical trials and Expanded Access Programs to ensure participant safety and data accuracy.
• Lead investigator calls and site discussions to optimize recruitment and criteria.
• Provide medical input on protocol design, endpoints, and methodology for trials.
• Review and ensure timely reporting of adverse events and safety signals to regulators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support safety reporting and data review.
