CHEP UK Ltd. in Madrid is seeking a Coordinator Execution to oversee the regional logistics perimeter, ensuring on-time deliveries, cost efficiency and high customer satisfaction. You will manage order processing, fleet routing, and real-time issue resolution within the CHEP network.

Collaborating with sales, service centers, and external providers, you will track performance KPIs and drive continuous improvements in service levels and cost management across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• Experience in a Supply Chain environment and in office settings with frequent customer/provider contacts.
• Knowledge of SAP, Excel and transport management systems is desirable.

And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.# **Job Description**# Responsible for executing all logistics activity for a given perimeter so CHEP provides a constant and efficient supply of equipment to its customers (Retailers and manufacturers) at the right time, in the right manner and at the cheapest cost to serve to deliver high customer satisfaction.**Key Responsibilities May Include:*** Oversee the execution of order processing to ensure on-time deliveries to customers and monitor logistics performance.* Manage dedicated fleets and transportation routes, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and minimizing disruptions.* Serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing queries, managing urgent requests, and resolving logistics-related issues in real-time.* Support central teams in managing and resolving logistics-related incidents, ensuring minimal impact on service levels.* Track performance metrics related to on-time deliveries, transport quality, and customer satisfaction. Proactively address any variances.* Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, optimize costs, and enhance service delivery through collaboration with internal teams and third-party providers.* Collaborate with customer service, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of logistics activities with broader business goals.**Position Purpose**Responsible for executing all logistics activity for a given perimeter so CHEP provides a constant and efficient supply of equipment to its customers at the right time, in the right manner and at the cheapest cost to serve to deliver high customer satisfaction. Scope: all flows within the region, all plants and transporters within the region, all customers and products within the region.**Major Key Accountabilities*** Daily Management of order processing.* On Time Performance to Customers and transport quality tracking and monitoring.* Supports Central in execution related incidents.* Logistics Support for CHEP & External Managed Service Customers.* Dedicated fleets management.
