Job summary

Amazon's Global Building Design and Engineering (GBDE) seeks a Design Program Manager for the EU AMZL Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) to own end-to-end DCR-DCI pipelines and to align EU standards with global best practices from Madrid. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, benchmark EU performance, and drive value engineering with rigorous program governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational background in architecture, engineering or construction management.
• Experience in a logistics/operations environment is preferred.
• Experience in program management and cross-regional collaboration.
• Fluency in French, Spanish, German or Italian is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the EU AMZL CIP end-to-end, managing DCR-DCI pipeline from idea to standard.
• Lead design change and standards-governance across multiple stakeholders.
• Drive value-engineering and cost-reduction using benchmarking methods.
• Benchmark EU standards against fastest-moving regions to raise quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across the EU AMZL network.
• Support cross-regional programs and translate global best practices to EU.
