Dream Yacht and Navigare Yachting—two global leaders in yacht charters and sales—are looking for an EU Yacht Sales Performance & Campaign Exec to lead demand generation campaigns across the French, DACH, and UK markets . With over 800 yachts in 40+ destinations, this is an exciting opportunity to help scale two innovative brands at the forefront of the yachting industry.

You will join our international marketing team in Barcelona , working closely with sales leadership and digital teams to develop and execute high-impact campaigns. Your focus will be on email marketing (HubSpot) , digital and video content , and lead nurturing with the ultimate goal of delivering qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the digital marketing and yacht sales leadership teams to align campaign execution with commercial strategy across the region.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between marketing and sales to deliver high-quality, qualified leads via HubSpot.
  • Plan, build, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated workflows (HubSpot)
  • Manage the localization and rollout of campaigns tailored to regional audiences and language nuances
  • Coordinate with internal and freelance creators to deliver engaging video content and digital assets that support storytelling and conversion.
  • Oversee website content and landing pages in WordPress , ensuring updates are SEO-friendly and conversion-optimized.
  • Track campaign performance and generate insights via HubSpot analytics , including conversion rates and ROI metrics.
  • Support the execution of regional events : boat shows, webinars, owner gatherings, and sea trials.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure regional initiatives align with the brand's identity and strategic direction .
  • Support HubSpot CRM adoption and provide training or tools to enhance the sales team’s digital effectiveness.
  • Coordinate digital advertising, media placements, and localized content for social and paid channels.
  • Create or adapt blog posts and SEO content to support inbound marketing objectives.

Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in travel, real estate, marine, or digital B2C / B2B marketing.
  • Proficient in HubSpot : automation, segmentation, CRM workflows, and campaign reporting.
  • Strong email marketing background with a clear focus on lead generation and performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with video production or managing creative partners to deliver video content.
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS and SEO fundamentals.
  • Skilled in content creation, copywritting —especially blogging and inbound copywriting .
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Fluent in English and German ; French is a plus.
  • Ability to report on the operations and provide data driven insights to increase lead caption and efficiency

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in campaign execution, content generation, lead gen programs, video production and CRM / marketing automation.
  • Experience in HubSpot , WordPress , content marketing, and video / digital production.
  • Passion or familiarity with the marine, sailing, or premium lifestyle sector is a bonus.
