A global quality control company is seeking an Auditor to inspect manufacturing sites of suppliers. The role requires auditing compliance with labor rights and environmental standards. Ideal candidates have a degree in a related field, APSCA registration, and experience with relevant standards. Strong English skills and integrity are essential. This position can be done remotely within Spain.

Formación

  • Mandatory APSCA registration at CSCA level.
  • Strong knowledge of SA8000, ISO14001, ICTI, C-TPAT, WRAP, BSCI standards.
  • Experience in third-party auditing and environmental audits.
  • Recent experience with audits within the last 12 months.

Responsabilidades

  • Audit manufacturing sites for compliance with standards.
  • Document findings and interact with factory management.
  • Provide expertise in client meetings.

Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers, and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality, and ethically made products to consumers. Our inspectors, auditors, and lab technicians use their expertise daily to safeguard products used in homes — from clothes and footwear to toys, baby products, electronics, appliances, and furniture.

The Operations department's purpose is to deliver our industry-leading services to clients while ensuring all work meets the QIMA standard of quality.

Job Description

You will be expected to:

  1. Audit the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers, sometimes without warning. Focus areas include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and others, according to applicable standards or client procedures.
  2. Be vigilant for violations, interact with factory management, and document findings in detailed reports for clients.
  3. Approach your work with integrity, understanding the impact of your conduct during audits on suppliers, staff, and clients.

We may also request you to:

  1. Provide expertise in client meetings to develop custom quality control procedures based on their needs.
  2. Contribute ideas for improving our operational projects.
Qualifications

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • APSCA registration at CSCA level (Mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of SA8000, ISO14001, ICTI, C-TPAT, WRAP, BSCI standards.
  • Experience in third-party auditing and environmental audits.
  • Recent experience with SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP, or mixed audits within the last 12 months.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
