Internship – Data Analyst in Global Indirect Purchasing (Madrid, Hybrid)

Start : Immediate | Internship agreement with university required

Are you a student passionate about data, process optimization, and real-world business challenges? At Nemak , a global leader in the automotive industry, we’re looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join our Global Indirect Purchasing team in Madrid .

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who’s ready to apply technical skills to generate value in a multinational environment.

Your day-to-day tasks will include :

• Analyzing procurement data from multiple systems and countries.
• Designing and improving Excel tools to track KPIs and savings.
• Automating and standardizing recurring reports ( Power Query ).
• Building visual dashboards with Tableau to support decision-making.
• Collaborating with international teams across procurement, finance, and operations.

You are a great fit if you :

• Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program and can sign a university internship agreement .
• Have strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query).
• Are familiar with data visualization tools like Tableau (or similar).
• Have worked with ERP systems (preferably SAP, not mandatory).
• Speak English fluently (B2+); Spanish is a plus.
• Are based in Madrid and available to start immediately in a hybrid format .
