The Role

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to build our outbound motion from scratch. This is a full-cycle outbound sales role that involves prospecting, pipeline generation, demos, and closing deals.

Responsibilities
  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, and close deals.
  • Build and execute creative outreach strategies to generate pipeline.
  • Work closely with the founders to refine the sales pitch, positioning, and playbook.
  • Develop trusted relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers in high-turnover industries.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Be a cultural builder: help set the tone of ambition, speed, and accountability within the sales team.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in B2B outbound / full-cycle sales, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • You like cold calling and are resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Hunter mentality: creative, hungry to win new business, and able to navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ownership and bias to action.
