Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and evaluate career progression programs to support internal mobility and smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address talent gaps and develop targeted growth programs.
  • Analyse employee career paths, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Create and update job descriptions based on responsibilities and organizational changes.

Skills Management Program :

  • Support the creation and promotion of a skills management culture across the organization.
  • Assist in defining a GAP Analysis methodology and oversee its implementation to identify skill shortages.

Talent Management Life Cycle :

  • Align talent management strategies with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to assess and improve talent management processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Provide guidance to managers on evaluating employee skills and performance, supporting continuous improvement and development.
  • Act as an ambassador and trainer for the company's Talent Management Life Cycle, ensuring consistent and effective implementation across departments.
  • Continuously assess and optimize talent management tools and practices.

Employee Satisfaction and Organizational Climate Surveys :

  • Design and implement employee satisfaction surveys to gauge organizational climate.
  • Analyse survey results and provide actionable insights to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.

Tools & Systems Development :

  • Develop and improve internal tools for employee evaluation, promotion, and skills tracking.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure HR tools meet evolving organizational needs.

Ideal Profile :

Education & Experience :

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR development or talent management.
  • Proven experience in talent development and Talent Management System.
  • Strong understanding of talent management and employee development.
  • Excellent project management skills, from concept to implementation.
  • Experience in HR software and systems (HRIS, learning management platforms).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
