What is the team?

The Brand and design team is responsible for driving the brand marketing strategy as well as the execution / production of all marketing campaign assets (performance marketing; digital and social media, online and offline media). For this, our team collaborates with other departments, such as Data, Web Product or Sales, B2B, customer acquisition, to uncover the most valuable growth opportunities. As part of the design team, you will lead the CRM assets development and production, in close collaboration with the CRM team to reach email campaign objectives. We can’t wait to have you on board!

What will you do?

• Support the Brand and design team by working on a variety of projects related to the CRM area, designing eye-catching email layouts that lead to higher levels of engagement and increased click-through rates, as well as sales growth.
• Develop the email Design System, modify existing email template designs and revise content as necessary.
• Ensure consistency in creative assets and preserve the brand evolution.
• Establish and maintain project timeline and ensure deadlines are met.
• Work on cross-functional projects being close to other departments in order to design and execute initiatives.

Minimum Requirements :

• Thorough understanding of email principles and email best practices (A / B testing, dynamic content, campaign automation, etc.).
• Full understanding of best practices in email design, communications, and what drives engagement and conversion, including email layout constraints in HTML / CSS, responsive layouts, and different email clients.
• Proven experience working in an agile development environment, with the ability to iterate quickly and prioritize design tasks in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Strong collaborator who can work autonomously.
• Good organization skills with keen attention to detail.
• Intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
