Formación

  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a bonus.

You will report to Digital marketing manager Latin Europe

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Digital Marketing activities within Spain and Portugal, and supporting relevant digital marketing initiatives within Southern Europe (LAT), that promote our brand and products.

You will drive traffic and engage customers, focusing on marketing automation, web strategy, and digital campaigns.

This is the role :

Lead Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEA / SEM, and display advertising with regular adjustments and monitoring of results.
  • Implement lead generation actions according to the strategy and define the correct KPI’s to follow the plans.
  • Monitor and analyse results, produce regular reports / dashboards to track key metrics adapted to specific stakeholders, and use insights to refine campaigns.
  • Agency management and follow-up to ensure effective ROI.

Website Optimization

  • Regularly update website content to ensure information is current, relevant, and engaging, analyse customer journey in a segmented way to improve website structure.
  • Develop landing pages that maximize conversion, identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and user experience.
  • Propose and implement changes and updates based on global and local market trends, keeping in mind SEO guidelines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Collaborate with Communication and Product Management departments to create engaging and relevant content for our online presence.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor website performance and optimize accordingly.

Marketing Automation

  • Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns targeted at leads, including nurture campaigns and newsletters, to engage prospects and existing customers.
  • Utilize personalized content and automated workflows to guide leads through the sales funnel and nurture long-term relationships, collaborating with the Communication department.
  • Conduct A / B testing to identify the most effective strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Targeting and audience segmentation, enriching data quality, and conducting thorough audience analysis to identify key targets.

Lead Generation and Management

  • Develop and implement website lead scoring models in collaboration with Sales and Inside Sales Departments to prioritize leads based on their engagement and likelihood to convert.
  • Ensure high-quality leads are passed on for further action.
  • Maintain regular and close contact with the Sales department for follow-up on lead volume and quality, leveraging sales forces and local stakeholders’ expertise, keeping in mind common goals and department KPIs.

This is who you are

  • 3 years experience in similar positions.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Portuguese is a bonus.
  • Ability to design and implement action plans, drive and pilot results, share learning relevant for implementation in other markets.
  • Hands-on Digital Marketing experience including Web / SEO Strategy, Digital Campaigns, Lead Management, and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to provide engaging and clear insights, recommendations, and results to non-digital experts.
  • A positive attitude, ability to work autonomously and work well in an international environment.
  • Proactive mindset with fast learning skills and passion for Digital, comfortable with delivering own proposals and ideas, organizational skills with a systematic structured approach.
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
