We are hiring!

We are looking for a Quality Systems Management and Continuous Improvement Specialist for our work center located in Santiago. The selected person will be responsible for managing and leading the Document System model at Stolt Sea Farm, optimizing business operations and ensuring competence, while supporting the standardization of procedures in the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a solid and accessible documentation system, ensuring that processes are clearly reflected and accessible with the necessary permissions.
• Analyze and review existing documents to improve their understanding, collaborating with department heads and technicians.
• Continuously seek new ideas and solutions to improve processes, benchmarking with external organizations for best practices.
• Create visual work instructions and provide continuous training to staff, translating processes into easy-to-understand visual summaries.
• Design and monitor KPIs to ensure performance and efficiency in the implementation of the documentation system.
• Standardize process documentation to help in the start-up of new sites in the company.
• Collaborate with management team members in project development.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agri-food industry.
• Skills in technical writing and cooperation.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
