Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation Customer Service (SI EA CS) Spain provides long-term service solutions for Medium Voltage equipment, including inspections, repairs, spare parts, and modernization. The department also manages warranties across this portfolio. Our goal is to grow by staying close to customers and delivering effective solutions to improve asset availability and performance. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead warranty management and act as the main interface between factories, suppliers, and customers.

What are the main responsibilities?
  1. Warranty management.
  2. Coordinate with F.S. technicians to gather necessary information.
  3. Analyze the collected information.
  4. Responsible for incident analysis and resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Contact the factory regarding the claim process.
  6. Determine solutions for incidents and define required materials and resources, with support from the factory and Field Service technicians.
  7. Clarify and respond to technical inquiries related to warranty cases.
  8. Coordinate on-site works if necessary to check, detect, and resolve issues.
  9. Establish schedules.
  10. Manage internal coordination for material and service orders.
  11. Ensure EHS (Environmental, Health, Safety) compliance.
  12. Perform cost analysis.
  13. Communicate with customers about resolutions and schedules.
  14. Maintain constant communication with customers, reporting pending issues and status updates.
Who are we looking for?
  1. An Engineering Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Electronic, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
  2. Good knowledge of medium and low voltage switchgears is highly valued.
  3. Experience in Project Management is highly valued.
  4. Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  6. Basic knowledge of EHS.
  7. Willingness to travel for business trips.
  8. Strong organizational skills: self-motivated, good time management, able to work under pressure and independently.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: clear writing, proactive attitude, team-oriented, and adaptable to a multicultural environment.
  10. Strong problem-solving skills: able to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver effective solutions.
  11. Customer-focused with a commitment to meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
