Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for hourly, indirect, and salaried roles. You will drive talent sourcing, onboarding, and employee relations while ensuring speed, quality, and cost efficiency.

The role requires knowledge of labor laws, strong interviewing skills, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring across multiple business units. Collaboration with HR and management is essential for success.

Formación

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across hourly, indirect, and salaried roles.
• Familiarity with ATS systems such as SuccessFactors or similar.
• Proficiency in behavioral interviewing and high-volume hiring strategies.
• Knowledge of basic labor laws (LFT) and employee relations processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
