BFF Bank, with over 40 years in the banking sector, is listed on the Italian Stock Exchange and is a leader in Italy and Europe in specialized finance, trade receivables management, securities services, and banking payment services.

We are expanding our internal team and seeking a Professional, ENTERPRISE ESG RISK MANAGEMENT.

The successful candidate will join the Bank’s Risk Management team within the Enterprise Risk Management department. This dynamic, internationally oriented team collaborates across various offices within the Risk Management area and the Bank, including Accounting, Planning & Finance.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Support the development of the ESG risk framework, including identification, management, and monitoring of environmental, social, and governance risk factors and their integration into risk management processes such as the Risk Appetite Framework (RAF), ICAAP / ILAAP, and stress testing.
• Assist in preparing the Tableau de Bord and support the drafting of sustainability reports.
• Analyze and monitor regulatory impacts from European and Italian regulations on Sustainable Finance, including benchmarking activities.
• Possibly contribute to managing and monitoring risks for the Spanish legal entity as its Risk Management representative.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in economics, finance, science (e.g., mathematics, statistics, engineering), or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Risk Management within multinational banks or complex organizations, or in consulting firms.
• Experience with ESG frameworks, banking regulations, and reporting standards.
• Knowledge of areas such as RAF, ICAAP, Recovery or Resolution Plans, and prudential supervisory regulations (Circular 285, CRR, CRD, EBA, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAS or SQL is advantageous.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong punctuality, flexibility, multitasking skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
