Revolut is seeking a Risk Manager to lead ESG risk efforts across functions, products and regions. You will develop ESG risk management frameworks, set risk standards, and collaborate with first-line teams to identify, monitor, and govern ESG risks.

The role requires deep knowledge of ESG regulations, climate risk stress testing, and strong data-driven decision making. You will work in the second line of defence, modelling ESG risks and producing MI reports, while engaging senior stakeholders to

Formación

3+ years of ESG or climate risk management experience.
Experience developing climate risk stress testing.
Understanding of global financial markets and ESG factors.
Knowledge of ESG-related regulations.
Experience with risk modelling, governance.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

Develop ESG risk management frameworks for Revolut.
Set standards for managing ESG risk incl. risk appetite and regulatory responses.
Develop and maintain risk policies, limits, stress testing capabilities, analytics, and reporting infrastructure.
Engage first-line businesses to identify, monitor, and govern emerging ESG risks.
Model ESG risks under climate stress scenarios with appropriate assumptions.
Monitor exposures against limits, investigate events, and escalate breaches.
Establish relationships with senior stakeholders to enforce frameworks and drive change.
