Revolut is seeking a Risk Manager to join our ESG and climate risk efforts from Gasteiz, Spain, reporting into the second line of defence. You’ll develop and refine ESG risk frameworks, quantify regulatory and market implications, and collaborate with front-line teams to strengthen controls.

You will model ESG risks under climate scenarios, monitor exposures, and produce MI for senior committees. The role requires independent judgment, strong data skills, and the ability to challenge established

Formación

Experience in ESG or climate risk management or related field.
Ability to develop and implement climate risk stress testing.
Understanding of global financial markets and ESG factors.
Familiarity with ESG regulations and their financial services impact.
Experience with model development, governance, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

Develop ESG risk management frameworks and standards.
Set risk appetite and perform impact assessments for ESG changes.
Maintain risk policies, procedures, limits, stress testing capabilities, analytics and reporting infrastructure.
Engage first-line businesses to identify and govern ESG risks.
Model ESG risks under climate stress scenarios with appropriate assumptions.
Monitor exposures against limits and escalate breaches to committees.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders to enforce risk frameworks.
