Formación

Leon Cycle is an e-bike business established in Germany in 2014, with operations in over 10 countries across Europe, North America, and APAC. We offer a range of e-bike models, including mountain bikes, folding e-bikes, and trekking e-bikes. Our products are sold through our online platform, e-commerce platforms, dealers, and retail stores worldwide.

With strong growth and expansion, we are seeking a Chinese-speaking CEO Assistant based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

  1. Report to the CEO based in London HQ, supporting local business operations such as finance, accounting, supply chain, admin, and HR duties.
  2. Communicate daily/weekly with London HQ and the CEO regarding sales and operations.
  3. Coordinate between the ES teams and London HQ for requests, approvals, and decisions requiring CEO involvement or approval.
  4. Gather sales data, update reports on sales, finance, and inventory, and coordinate with HQ functional teams as needed.
  5. Ensure alignment of global SOPs, processes, and policies across HQ and local teams.
  6. Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO related to operational matters locally.

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in Chinese Mandarin, Spanish, and English.
  2. 8-10 years of experience in business operations, with a background in accounting, ideally in trading or retail industries.
  3. Strong analytical skills.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
  5. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  6. Willingness to learn about business operations and adapt to new skills and tasks.
