Error Management Specialist (German Speaker & Automotive Sector)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven professional to join a cutting-edge project in the automotive sector, focusing on error handling within critical driving systems such as drivetrain, braking, and steering. If you have experience in both the technical and coordination aspects of problem resolution, this role is for you!

Project Overview

You’ll be part of a high-impact team responsible for managing and resolving error tickets across various vehicle lines. Your responsibilities include:

1. Managing and prioritizing error tickets related to the dry system for each vehicle series.
2. Leading the error resolution process from pre-analysis to root cause identification.
3. Overseeing error status across vehicle lines and coordinating with development teams.
4. Reporting in management meetings and providing updates via live dashboards.
5. Participating in key milestone meetings with board-level stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end error management process:

1. Track, prioritize, and follow up on issues.
2. Ensure timely involvement of the appropriate teams.
3. Conduct pre-analysis and root cause identification.
4. Coordinate the implementation of fixes at the component level.
5. Define and follow up on verification methods.
6. Deliver clear and timely reports using tools like Power BI and KPM.
7. Attend weekly status meetings and milestone decision committees.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Informatics, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years in the automotive sector with hands-on experience in SW or HW development in at least one of the following driving systems: Drivetrain, Braking, Steering, Wheel control, Driving dynamics, Driving control. Previous experience with error management is highly valued.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and coordination abilities. Proactive and structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
