Formación

• Mínimo cinco años de experiencia como líder de proyectos de soluciones SAP.
• Conocimientos funcionales avanzados en módulos de SAP y experiencia en el sector aeroespacial.

Responsabilidades

• Planificar y ejecutar el proyecto de migración de sistemas ERP.
• Coordinar recursos externos y asegurar un servicio de soporte adecuado.

Job Description:

In Airbus Crisa we are currently in a key Digitalization phase. As part of it we are starting a project to have our own ERP, PLM and ME systems.

We need an ERP Project Leader to execute a migration Project that will combine the deployment of ERP, PLC and ME systems.

Main Activities:

• Plan, coordinate and execute the Project of migration and deployment of the new solutions in time, cost and quality.
• Participate on the requirement collection meetings, define the objectives, coordinating the involved areas and ensuring the technical viability of the assigned projects.
• Supervise and validate the analysis, parametrization, development and testing of the new system.
• Document the management and follow up of the Project
• Create the specific documentation for the users (New processes description, differences with the old ones,…) including communications oriented to the Change Management
• Coordinate and Manage the external resources and providers including the subcontracted services.
• Ensure a correct support service after the system deployment
• Collaborate with the support team on the problem identification and on the evaluation of new change requests once the system is on production

Education:

Engineer Degree with knowledge in both technical and business environments.

Language: Advanced English level required

Expert Functional knowledge on the following modules or products SAP/4 (FI, PS, PP…), Windchill, SAP MES, SAP MII and SAP BW.

Work experience (Concept and time):

• At least five years of experience as SAP solutions Project Leader or doing similar activities, working with big clients, recommended at an international level.
• Experience on the aerospace sector will be evaluated positively
• Experience on providers for projects deployment and services

Soft Skills:

• Good communication skills in complex international environments
