Avenga is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our ERP & Business Solutions team in a global healthcare/pharma environment. You will own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA architecture and ensure secure, scalable digital solutions.

You will translate business needs into robust data structures and integration designs, mentor developers, and collaborate with Value Stream Leads, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• 7+ years as Solution Architect or in a senior technical/leadership role with SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Strong knowledge of Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management processes.
• Experience in highly regulated environments (Pharma/Healthcare/Biotech); knowledge of GxP, CSV, GDPR is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and IT teams in multicultural environments.
• Good knowledge of Agile and SAFe; Jira and ServiceNow experience.
• Experience with enterprise integration and complex SAP landscapes.
• Fluent business English.

• Act as trusted technical advisor balancing business priorities with architecture.
• Design and maintain governed data solutions in regulated environments (GxP, GDPR, CSV).
• Contribute to long-term technology strategy and evaluate new SAP capabilities.

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a global organization operating in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. You will be part of the ERP & Business Solutions area, contributing to the development and evolution of enterprise-scale digital solutions across a global environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle, architecture, technical design, and compliance of critical systems within an SAP S/4HANA landscape. You will work at the intersection of business needs, technology, and regulatory requirements, helping to ensure that solutions are scalable, sustainable, secure, and fit for purpose.

This is you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with solid experience designing business-driven solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior technical/leadership role, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management processes.
• Previous experience in highly regulated environments, particularly Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Biotech, is highly desirable. Knowledge of GxP, CSV, and GDPR is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams and work in multicultural environments.
• Good knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies, as well as tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
• Experience with enterprise integration and middleware patterns and complex SAP landscapes.
• Fluent business English.

• Consider regulatory and compliance requirements throughout the solution lifecycle, including GxP, GDPR, FDA, EMA, and Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Ensure solutions meet high standards of data security, quality, and audit readiness.
• Contribute to the long-term technology strategy and roadmap for the relevant business domains.
• Evaluate new technologies, integration frameworks, and SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Ensure that the architecture remains scalable, sustainable, and aligned with evolving business and regulatory requirements.

Potential for permanent employment: This position offers the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role next year, depending on business needs and mutual agreement.
