Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a similar Solution Architect or Application Manager role.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS), Sales & Distribution (SD) as well as experience with Service Management in S/4.
• Proven ability to create architecture deliverables in both waterfall and Agile environments.
• Fluency in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

We are looking for a hands‑on Solution Architect to design and deliver creative, scalable solutions across our global Customer Service business. In this role, you will shape the architecture of our service processes across SAP S/4HANA, SAP CS, SM & SD, Service Cloud (C4C V2), SAP Field Service Management, and Asset Manager. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and implementation partners to ensure robust, future‑ready service solutions.

To be considered for this role, candidates must be willing to relocate to Switzerland and hold eligibility to work in Switzerland through EU/EFTA citizenship.
