Infosys Consulting in Madrid seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance Lead Consultant to own and drive PM workstreams across client engagements. You will mentor teams, shape solution designs, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with best practices.

• Minimum 10+ years of S4/HANA consulting experience with at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations in SAP PM.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience in a global environment.
• Deep expertise in SAP PM within S/4HANA architecture.

The Role

We are seeking an experiencedSAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead Consultantto lead and deliver complex SAP PM solutions across multiple client engagements. In this role, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of the SAP PM workstream, provide strategic guidance to clients, mentor consulting teams, and ensure high‑quality delivery aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.

This position combineshands‑on functional expertise,client advisory responsibilities, making it ideal for an consultant ready to drive large‑scale transformation programs.

• Lead theSAP PM workstreamon S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or conversion programs.

• Own solution design decisions forend‑to‑end plant maintenance and asset management processes.
• Ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality delivery of PM scope across project phases.
• Manage dependencies and risks across PM, EAM, and integrated SAP modules.
• Act as theprimary SAP PM trusted advisorfor client stakeholders.
• Lead executive‑level discussions onmaintenance strategy, asset reliability, and S/4HANA roadmap.
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable SAP S/4HANA PM solutions.
• Drive fit‑to‑standard and process harmonization discussions using SAP best practices.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 10+ years of S4/HANA consulting experience with at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementation in SAP PM.

Proven experience working in a client‑facing role within a consulting environment.

Deep expert‑level knowledge ofSAP PM in S/4HANA.

Strong understanding of:

• Asset lifecycle management
• Maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution
• Regulatory and compliance maintenance

Hands‑on experience withSAP S/4HANA PM Fiori apps.

Solid understanding of integration with modules such as MM, WH, QM, FI/CO, and EWM

Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at operational and managerial levels.

SAP Certified in PM modules is an added bonus.

Working knowledge of Agile project delivery frameworks.

Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.

Good communication with professional level English and proactive attitude.
