We are looking for an experienced SaaS Finance ERP functional domain specialist to join our CSS team in EMEA. The domain expert will be responsible for providing consultancy and advisory to our strategic customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs. The role requires experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards, applying industry best practices in customer environments.

This role offers an opportunity to apply your domain knowledge, skills, and experience within the Customer Success Services (CSS) team, working with Oracle SaaS / PaaS products. The candidate should have experience in maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, either on-site or remotely, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud / SOA, and integrating with Oracle SaaS products. Responsibilities include developing, integrating, and implementing application components, including front-end development, database integration, and OTBI Reports. The specialist will ensure solution architecture feasibility and mitigate risks by leveraging subject matter experts across domains. The role also involves proposing customer roadmaps to realize solutions.

Your responsibilities include :

• Leading and participating as a Functional leader / Advisor in activities such as Gap Analysis, Solution design, POCs, Demonstrations, Business analysis, Project delivery, and Quality assurance.
• Documenting and reviewing Requirement Specifications Documents.
• Analyzing business requirements, participating in functional design, and documenting Functional Specification documents.
• Traveling to client locations as needed for implementations, product walkthroughs, and workshops.
• Collaborating with onsite and client teams during implementations to ensure success.
• Using defined standards, tools, and processes to meet quality expectations.
• Documenting all work according to standards and processes.
• Adhering to Change Control Processes and compliance requirements.
• Performing knowledge transfer at project completion.
• Providing timely status reports to supervisors.

Primary Skills and requirements

• Experience with Oracle Fusion modules such as GL, AR, Payables, and other financial modules.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• 5-10 years of experience with Oracle applications, SaaS, and PaaS solutions, including at least 6+ years in SaaS implementation.
• Detailed functional knowledge of Oracle SaaS, with experience in at least one industry.
• Ability to collaborate with client Business Teams independently.
• Skills in analyzing solutions, estimations, methodologies, risks, and recommendations.
• Ability to map client requirements to existing products or features.
• Leadership in project meetings and workshops.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry terminologies, concepts, and processes.
• Good communication and documentation skills in English and a local language.
• Experience in implementing/support of Oracle SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel and work at offshore locations.
• Willingness to obtain Oracle SaaS certifications as needed.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
• Understanding of multiple industries.
• Knowledge of FMW/PaaS development tools is a plus.
