UN Secretariat Valencia is seeking an experienced professional to support enterprise risk management across the organization. You will assist in planning and implementing ERM frameworks, coordinate Umoja SAP GRC rollout, and act as system administrator for third-party access.

The role requires seven years of relevant experience, with five years for candidates holding a first‑level university degree, and fluency in English and French.

Formación

• Proven experience in programme or project administration.
• Experience with enterprise risk management implementation preferred.
• Experience with ERM data handling and reporting desirable.
• Experience with Umoja/SAP or similar ERP modules is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and implementing the enterprise risk management framework.
• Research, compile, and summarize analyses of Secretariat-wide risk registers for stakeholders.
• Coordinate ERM application rollout within Umoja (SAP) GRC module and monitor testing.
• Collaborate with project managers on data updates and performance reporting.
• Serve as system administrator for third-party access to the ERM application and act as security liaison assistant.
• Assist in reporting requirements, guidelines, and procedures for ERM implementation.
