Our Industrial Engineering Solutions team is currently looking for a Equipment Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) - German speaker based in Barcelona.

About The Job

You will manage and monitor the complete process of equipment and service orders supplied to our customers, from order entry to delivery. This involves optimal communication with departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Expeditions, Billing, and using systems like SAP, EBS, ONBASE.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and process services, including punctual services (cleaning, repairs), maintenance, and installations.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, create orders, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and handle billing in various systems.
  • Manage equipment orders, including standard and non-standard equipment, from receipt to invoicing, requiring high organizational skills.
  • Collaborate within the team and with other departments like Engineering, Sales, Credit Control, Purchasing, Logistics, and Billing.
  • Update system materials, parameters, and handle transactions in SAP/EBS, sometimes with support from other departments.
  • Handle transport requests, invoice corrections, returns/exchanges, inquiries, report management, and order documentation.
Your Profile
  • Degree plus 3-4 years of experience in order processing/customer service.
  • Proficiency in German and a good command of English.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP/EBS systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, decisive and collaborative attitude.
