INBRAIN Neuroelectronic s is seeking an Equipment & Automation Engineer to own and optimize production equipment across the manufacturing lifecycle. You will drive reliability, maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement in a hands-on, cross-functional role that collaborates with Operations, Facilities, Quality, and external partners.

You will define equipment specifications, manage supplier relationships, and lead capital projects to scale manufacturing while ensuring compliance with ISO

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Independent working style with ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Technical degree required in a relevant engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and maintenance strategy for production equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause investigations to minimize downtime.
• Define technical requirements for new equipment and support supplier selection.
• Lead equipment implementation projects from concept to handover.
• Coordinate facility readiness and environmental/safety controls.
