INBRAIN Neuroelectronics seeks an Equipment & Automation Engineer to own production equipment reliability, maintenance, and lifecycle management. You will lead installation, qualification, and automation initiatives across manufacturing, partnering with Operations, Facilities, Quality, and external suppliers to ensure safety, throughput, and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, project leadership, and adherence to ISO 13485 in a fast-evolving neurotechnology

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience with semiconductor or advanced manufacturing equipment in maintenance, reliability, or equipment engineering functions.
• Strong hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and qualification.
• Experience managing technical suppliers, service providers, and external contractors.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Aufgaben

• Own the reliability and maintenance strategy for production equipment, incl. predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
• Lead complex troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Define technical requirements for new equipment and support procurement.
• Lead equipment implementation projects from concept through installation, qualification, and handover.
• Maintain equipment lifecycle documentation and ensure ISO 13485 compliance.
