MISSION
Reporting to the Director of EPC, the EPC Sales Director will lead and manage commercial and sales activities within the EPC sector for photovoltaic solar plants and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The primary role is to develop sales strategies to acquire new business and manage key client relationships, ensuring the company's commercial success in the EPC sector. This role also involves identifying growth opportunities in domestic and international markets.
The EPC Sales Director will serve as an ambassador for Zelestra’s values and organizational priorities, cascading measurable goals to business unit programs and leading the delivery of Solarpack’s strategy. This individual will promote a culture of high performance within a multi-technology environment (Wind, PV, BESS, & Green Hydrogen).
