Job summary

Medtronic Spain is seeking an Associate Electrophysiology (EP) Mapping Specialist to provide expert clinical and technical support for the Affera Mapping and Ablation System and Pulse Select PFA ablation across the Comunidad Valenciana and Murcia. The role requires traveling within the region and being based in Alicante, with close collaboration to sales teams and physicians.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences or related degree, 1+ year EP experience, and strong communication skills in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Sales, Nursing or related Scientific/Technical field.
At least 1 year of experience in electrophysiology procedures and products.
Background or experience in Cardiology; strong 3D mapping systems knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Deliver expert clinical and technical support to physicians and EP Lab staff on the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, Pulse Select PFA, and Arctic Front Advance Cryoablation.
Provide in-depth product expertise via sales presentations, demonstrations, installations, and ongoing support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted partner.
Develop clinical and technical knowledge of company products and competitive differentiators.
Demonstrate composure and proactive problem solving in high-stress situations.
Collaborate with account teams and Sales Managers; contribute to territory reviews and planning.
Liaise between sales teams and technical staff to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.
