We're not just seeking someone to ensure compliance – we want someone ready to lead change and become an environmental reference in our factory.

Your mission :

You'll be part of the Infrastructure and Environment team, collaborating cross-functionally with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Safety .

You'll be the key figure in ensuring environmental compliance while proposing and implementing real, sustainable improvements.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Monitor and manage the Environmental Management System (waste, emissions, water, soil, etc.)
• Direct communication with external stakeholders (e.g., water agencies, municipalities, labs)
• Support internal and external audits and manage environmental documentation
• Identify and propose improvement actions (sustainability projects, consumption optimization, etc.)
• Lead training, awareness sessions , and support the team in adopting good environmental practices
