Formación

  • Grado universitario requerido con habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español.
  • Experiencia previa en ventas o como representante de desarrollo de ventas es preferible.

Job Description:

Are you a young professional passionate about the world of sales and ready to be part of a tech startup in continuous growth and expansion? The Entry-Level Sales Representative role is one of the fastest-growing positions in sales and crucial for the company to grow. SDRs engage with prospects to uncover business needs and present Lodgify's vacation rental SaaS offering to customers.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Handle chats and incoming calls from prospective customers.
  2. Generate, qualify, and review new leads.
  3. Identify customer needs and position Lodgify to meet those needs.
  4. Demonstrate the value of Lodgify to potential customers.
  5. Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
  6. Work with our Sales team to pass qualified leads to them to close.
  7. Work effectively in our CRM to manage interaction, record activity, and update contact records accurately.
  8. Take part in projects to improve sales operations processes.
  9. Exchange ideas, provide feedback, and actively communicate with the rest of the sales team to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
  1. B.S/ B.A degree required.
  2. Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.
  3. Knowledge or experience using Hubspot, Gmail, and Google tools.
  4. Previous experience in sales or as a sales development representative.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Passion for web-based solutions.
  7. Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.
  8. Dynamic telephone presence.
  9. Availability to work late shifts (three times a week from 1pm-10pm).
In addition, the following are a plus:
  1. Additional languages such as French, German, or Italian.
  2. Startup experience.
