Formación

The Job

What You Can Expect

  • Leadership, management, and accountability for the team and product on a daily basis.
  • Ownership of all operational activities and strategic initiatives.
  • Testing, validation, and refinement of business workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support and coaching from the founder team.
  • Ownership of profit and loss (P&L) over time.
  • Significant profit sharing, encouraging you to think like an owner from day one.
  • This is a full-time role requiring full-time commitment to growing and owning the ATLAS SalesOS platform.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Motivation to lead as a CEO, General Manager, or Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR).
  • Passion for managing organizations and leading people.
  • Comfort with challenges and a startup mentality.
  • Hands-on leadership experience with a track record of managing teams.
  • Results-driven approach focused on logic and delivering results.

Requirements

  • Willingness to take risks and capacity for risk management.
  • Experience in leading teams or organizations.
  • Open to learning and growth (coachability).
  • Effective communication skills, including tough conversations.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven skills in a key startup discipline (sales, operations, tech, product, marketing, etc.).
