Director, Global Head of Assessment Center at Novastone Capital Advisors

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) is a global firm that addresses succession challenges faced by Small to Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). NCA seeks motivated, talented, and aspirational mid-career professionals who aspire to partner with NCA to search, acquire, and lead a small or medium-sized enterprise as Chief Executive Officer.

During the search phase (up to 24 months), NCA provides a budget to cover living expenses for Searchers.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the acquisition process with support from our experienced Investment Management team.
2. Step into the CEO role of the newly acquired business.
3. Review product and service offerings, portfolio strategies, existing brand positioning, identify gaps, and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

• Academic achievement, preferably an Executive MBA or MBA degree.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• M&A experience.
• Experience in global business development and international expansion.

Selection Process:

Selected candidates will undergo several in-depth interviews, online assessments, complete and present a business case, and participate in a jury review of their investment thesis over several weeks.
