We are seeking a dynamic Entertainment Manager to plan and organize a diverse range of themed events, social programs and music offerings, while actively promoting METT Marbella and potentially Casa METT Sitges to build a successful customer loyalty while elevating the METT brand in the luxury market.

Key responsibilities :

• Evaluate, create and coordinate weekly entertainment program for each outlet in METT Marbella Hotel & Resort.
• Conduct site inspections with clients, understand their needs and accordingly design the events, provide budgets and follow them during the celebration.
• Organize events ensuring that all performers are on time and the flow is continuous and according to agreed schedule.
• Negotiate contracts with performers, vendors, and external partners while maintaining budgetary constraints.
• Recruit, train and manage entertainers, DJs, musicians, performers, etc.
• In charge of the artists grooming and aesthetics coordination, overseeing and maintaining the appearance standards of entertainers.
• Creation of live music monthly plan and playlist for every outlet according to each brand guidelines.
• Coordinate external activities driven external guests to the hotel (Sunset Yoga in the beach, etc.)
• Implement sales strategies and carry out the plan to gain competitive advantage on the market by positioning the company's brand and by targeting the right audience to sell this brand or product to.
• Establishes marketing contacts within live music and the entertainment industry including established artist, management agencies, promoters, media contacts.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote the specific outlets inside the hotel, working close with the marketing department.
• Collaborate with premium / luxury brands well stablished in the local market to develop partnerships and events in the hotel highlighting our position of social hub for the local community
• Gather guest feedback and analyse audience preferences to refine entertainment offerings.
• Develop VIP entertainment experiences tailored to high-profile guests and special occasions.
• Work on contingency plans for unexpected changes in entertainment schedules, such as last-minute performer cancellations or technical failures.
• Develop a monthly METT magazine with all the happenings in the hotel.
• Continuously research global entertainment trends and integrate fresh concepts into the venue’s entertainment programming.

Ideal Candidate :

• Minimum 5 years´ experience in Entertainment, Events and marketing with a strong background and interest in all genders of music.
• Strong knowledge media environment and marketplace.
• Exceptional project and relationship management skills.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Negotiation, project management and time management skills required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Close attention to detail and follow-through in all responsibilities
