Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer based in Spain to help enterprise customers unlock AI potential. You will partner with Account Executives, design scalable integrations, and deliver technical demonstrations across complex environments.

You will develop enablement materials, self-service resources, and standardized patterns to accelerate adoption, while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to strengthen the technical side of the enterprise sales process and help customers understand how solutions can address their needs.
• Work with technical stakeholders to understand challenges, provide guidance, and architect effective solutions.
• Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations that showcase product capabilities, use cases, and business value.
• Develop technical enablement materials, resources, and best practices to improve the sales team's knowledge and effectiveness.
• Build self-service tools, documentation, and implementation resources for customer adoption.
• Identify recurring integration patterns and customer requirements for standardization or productization.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn validated needs into scalable product capabilities.
• Help establish efficient internal processes for delivering technical solutions across enterprise customers.
• Travel regularly to customer sites to support engagements and strengthen relationships.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer based in Spain.

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will help enterprise customers unlock the full potential of cutting-edge AI solutions.

You will work closely with Account Executives, customer technical teams, and internal Product teams to design scalable, tailored solutions.

Your work will span technical discovery, solution architecture, product demonstrations, enablement, and customer implementation support.

You will identify recurring customer needs and turn them into standardized processes, self-service resources, and scalable product capabilities.

The role combines deep technical expertise with strong customer engagement in a fast-moving, AI-first environment.

You will have the opportunity to influence both individual customer outcomes and the way technical solutions are delivered at scale.

Regular customer interaction and travel will make this an ideal role for someone energized by solving complex problems and building lasting partnerships.

Accountabilities

• Partner strategically with Account Executives to strengthen the technical side of the enterprise sales process and help customers understand how solutions can address their specific needs.
• Work directly with technical stakeholders at prospective and existing customers to understand their challenges, provide tailored guidance, and architect effective solutions.
• Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations that clearly showcase product capabilities, use cases, and business value.
• Develop technical enablement materials, resources, and best practices that improve the sales team's technical knowledge and effectiveness.
• Build self-service tools, documentation, and implementation resources that enable customers to adopt and integrate solutions independently.
• Identify recurring integration patterns, customer requirements, and technical challenges that could be standardized or productized.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to turn validated customer needs and common integration patterns into scalable product capabilities.
• Help establish efficient internal processes for delivering technical solutions across a growing enterprise customer base.
• Travel regularly to customer sites as needed to support enterprise engagements and strengthen technical relationships.

Requirements

• Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, emerging technology, and innovative AI-powered products.
• Experience working directly with customers on technical challenges, whether through professional roles, internships, student organizations, side projects, or similar experiences.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand customer environments and architect integrations between AI solutions and existing systems.
• Proficiency in Python, combined with a solid understanding of software development, software architecture, APIs, and common integration patterns.
• Ability to recognize recurring customer needs and translate them into standardized, scalable solutions.
• Strong customer empathy and the ability to balance the needs of customers, sales teams, and product organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt technical messaging and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in a high-velocity environment characterized by rapid experimentation, autonomy, and limited bureaucracy.
• A collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership beyond narrowly defined responsibilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for customer onsite engagements.
• Ability to work remotely from Romania.
