A leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to join its growing technology team in Madrid. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of software and systems architecture across the enterprise, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with deep technical expertise in software development, cloud platforms (especially Azure), and modern DevOps practices.

Design and develop software systems and high-level architecture for enterprise-wide solutions.

Translate business goals into robust technical designs and proposals.

Evaluate and select platforms, technologies, and security standards aligned with enterprise architecture principles.

Ensure solutions are secure by design and maintain technical integrity over time.

Maintain architecture documentation, promote best practices, and support continuous technical improvement.

Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, InfoSec, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar.

Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks and tools (e.g., TOGAF, Archimate).

Deep expertise in Azure (experience with other clouds is a plus).

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software, SDLC, DevOps, and ITIL-based service management.

Fluent in English (C1 level); Spanish is a plus.

Experience with tools like Jira and strong technical documentation skills.
