Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to spearhead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across retail and corporate banking divisions.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role that demands technical excellence, collaboration, and architectural vision.

• Drive the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to a team of Salesforce developers and admins, ensuring best practices in code quality, CI / CD, and Dev Ops.
• Oversee integration with core banking systems, data platforms, and third-party services using APIs and middleware (e.g., Mulesoft).
• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Technical Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Dev Ops pipelines, and tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application / System Architect) are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
