Your Area of Responsibility :

1. Strategic management of the sales territory Southern Europe
2. Active market cultivation and development of country-specific sales strategies
3. Implementation and follow-up of market and customer-specific targets
4. Consulting and maximization of existing customer business and new customer support
5. Expansion of relationship management with focus on strategic partnerships
6. Generation of new customer business in the SME segment
7. Revenue and margin responsibility as well as related KPIs
8. Regular customer visits ensuring customer loyalty and negotiation of customer project conditions
9. Proposal preparation, project planning, and pipeline management
10. Follow-up leads from campaigns using personal networks
11. Maintaining and analyzing CRM data to generate new partners & opportunities
12. Team building, leadership, and management

Your Profile :

1. 8 years of sales and / or account management experience (Software)
2. Commercial or technical degree (University degree, Bachelor or Master)
3. Entrepreneurial personality who is understood and accepted by the leadership team, colleagues, and developers as a thought leader in their field of expertise
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to build and maintain productive relationships both internally and externally
5. Independent, structured, and thorough approach to work coupled with a high level of comprehension, flexibility, commitment, and willingness to travel
6. Multilingual negotiation & presentation skills with a high closing ratio
7. Very good written and spoken Spanish and English; ideally knowledge of another Southern European language or native speaker
8. Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud, analytics, databases, and ETL technologies as well as explaining enterprise software
9. Extensive and consolidated industry network
10. A confident handling of all common MS-Office & CRM tools
