Role: Sales Director

As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping RTB House's position in the Spanish digital advertising market. Your mission will be to demonstrate the value of our innovative products, cultivate trusted relationships with clients, and drive growth through proactive sales efforts. You will be a key contributor to building and scaling our Spanish presence.

Responsibilities
  1. Convert assigned sales opportunities into RTB House customers.
  2. Own the sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach to closing deals.
  3. Maintain consistent communication with prospects through phone, email, and other channels following established processes.
  4. Build and nurture strong client relationships at all levels of their organization.
  5. Conduct in-depth research and develop tailored strategic business plans for each assigned account.
  6. Prepare and deliver formal proposals to potential clients.
  7. Regularly update the CRM with the status of activities for both existing and potential clients, collaborating with technical teams and account management to help grow and retain strategic clients.
  8. Provide exceptional customer relationship management, driving satisfaction, and enhancing your professional and technical expertise by attending regular training and development sessions.
  9. Travel up to 20% domestically for client meetings, conferences, and industry events to support business development and build strong client relationships.
Desired Experience
  1. Demonstrated success in sales within the retail or ecommerce online sectors.
  2. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  3. Highly analytical with a proven track record of selling in a consultative style.
  4. Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  5. Understanding of the online advertising industry, performance marketing, and RTB model is an asset.
  6. Fluency in Spanish and good knowledge of English.
