Role Overview

We are hiring an Enterprise Project Manager responsible for ensuring project success by owning, driving, communicating, and engaging all stakeholders with integrity and accountability. This role involves managing complex software projects with diverse stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location

This is a globally remote role.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver programs and projects within schedule, scope, cost, and resource expectations.
  2. Identify and mitigate key technical and project risks and issues.
  3. Maintain strong customer focus and collaborate with stakeholders for successful outcomes.
  4. Conduct regular status meetings and business reviews with customers.
  5. Manage delivery schedules of third-party deliverables.
  6. Advocate for appropriate Canonical technologies.
  7. Drive project success while managing risks.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Enterprise IT Programs, Process Improvement, and Software Engineering Project Management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience leading cross-cultural, remote, and global teams.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Deep understanding of Linux, Open Source, and Cloud Technologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent).
  • Agile Certification (Scrum Master or equivalent).
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
