Your Impact

The enterprise technical project manager will oversee projects from kickoff to full rollout, ensuring our enterprise customers see value in Deliverect's platform promptly by aligning necessary resources. A key focus will be identifying the critical path and leading stakeholders to achieve the first transactional location in the shortest possible time.

A Typical Day

  • Lead and collaborate with customer management teams, strategic partners, and Deliverect's internal resources to drive project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify cross-project blockers and patterns to improve onboarding and rollout processes.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Interface with stakeholders (internal and external) to gather requirements and feedback, aiming to improve our products, services, and processes.

Your Expertise

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire teams and leaders.
  • Experience with APIs, software development, and solutions ecosystems.
  • Ability to work in a geographically dispersed environment; proven project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience is valued.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Cloud technologies and SaaS products.
  • Operational excellence in critical thinking, process development, problem-solving, communication, delegation, and planning.
  • Flexibility and agility in responding to evolving priorities and ambiguity.
  • Ability to address escalated client issues swiftly.
  • Fluent English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
