IFF in Benicarló, Spain, seeks an EPMO - R&D leader to steer cross-functional, Stage Gate driven innovation and renovation projects across the R&D portfolio.

You will develop detailed plans, monitor progress and risks, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, maintain documentation as a single source of truth, and prepare executive updates while promoting continuous improvement and best-practices in NPD across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, R&D or Innovation environments.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects from initiation to launch.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple innovation and renovation projects through Stage Gate, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Finance, IC&D, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables across complex portfolios.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Prepare project status updates, dashboards and executive summaries for leadership.
• Facilitate governance meetings and decision-making processes to drive accountability.
