HBK is seeking an experienced IT Architect to design, govern, and evolve our Linux server landscape and open-source stack. You will own end-to-end technical architecture across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments, setting standards for security, scalability, and licensing.

The role emphasizes governance and collaboration with an outsourcing partner, with involvement in automation, hardening, and performance tuning as needed.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in Linux environments, incl. architecture/lead roles.
• Deep expertise in RHEL or SUSE and knowledge of others.
• Experience with IaC and config management tools.
• Security hardening and patch management knowledge.
• Open-source licensing awareness for enterprise use.
• Fluent in English (business level).

Responsabilidades

• Design target-state Linux server/desktop architecture across on-prem, virtualized, and cloud.
• Own architecture roadmap for open-source infra stack (automation, CI/CD, observability).
• Define OS build standards, patching, hardening, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee infrastructure automation for repeatable deployments.
• Lead evaluation/integration of virtualization & container platforms.
• Ensure HA, DR, backup, and BC strategies for Linux/open-source systems.
• Collaborate with outsourcing partner and stakeholders to ensure coherence.
• Produce ADRs and architecture roadmaps for technical buy-in.
