Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager (CSA) - Security Identity to help enterprise customers deploy, secure, and optimize Microsoft identity solutions. You will drive adoption, governance, security, and operational excellence across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Hybrid Identity, and Zero Trust environments.

Responsibilities include leading engagements, designing and optimizing Entra ID and AD solutions, conducting workshops and security assessments, and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Identity & Access Management.
• Experience managing enterprise Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• Strong customer-facing consulting, support, or Customer Success background.
• Languages: English and Spanish mandatory; Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements focused on identity and access management.
• Design, implement, and optimize solutions using Entra ID, Active Directory, Entra Connect, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and PIM.
• Conduct workshops, architecture reviews, security assessments, and migration projects.
• Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, federation, and access management issues.
