Enterprise Functions IT Platform Delivery Lead

Hybrid

Join our Digital & Technology - ERP & Business Solutions team at Animal Nutrition & Health to drive digital transformation within the Enterprise Functions domain (e.g., finance, procurement, HR, legal, risk, etc.). In this role, you will lead the development of an Enterprise Functions platform delivery team with a DevSecOps mindset to manage the entire digital ecosystem, while crafting and implementing a value-driven digital strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities :

1. Provide strategic leadership to define and implement the ANH digital Enterprise Functions vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
2. Navigate the complexities of an international, multi-cultural environment, effectively communicating digital concepts to diverse audiences.
3. Develop and maintain capabilities within the Enterprise Functions Platform delivery team.
4. Shape and execute the delivery framework and methodologies.

Innovation & Complexity :

1. Oversee the delivery of the entire ANH Digital & Tech portfolio for all enterprise functions.
2. Manage a global delivery team across various locations, ensuring the right talent and capabilities for innovation, development, and maintenance of the digital platform.
3. Engage in major decisions regarding technology procurement for modernization, optimization, and consolidation, including core IT systems.

You Bring :

• A Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with 10+ years of digital leadership experience.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, innovation, and business engagement within enterprise functions such as finance, procurement, HR, legal, and risk.
• Extensive experience managing DevSecOps teams in complex landscapes (SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S4Hana, SAP Ariba, Sievo, SAP GRC, etc.) across multiple geographies, focusing on business value.
• Strong business case development skills within Agile frameworks, delivering measurable value and aligning projects with strategic objectives.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
