Background:
Consolidation will remain a key trend in oral healthcare and will continue to see practice consolidation with fewer solo practices and more mid-sized groups, specialty groups and large PE-backed Dental Service Organizations (DSO) with varying governance structures.
DSOs are the fastest growing segment in dentistry around the globe, driving implant and aligner penetration due to their increased spending power on patient marketing outreach and thus resulting higher treatment conversion.
The Global Enterprise Solutions team of Straumann Group develops and fosters long-term business partnerships with large scale DSOs across the globe. It fully leverages our brands and services across all product segments (Implants, Bone regeneration, Digital, Orthodontics and Preventive) through winning business concepts and differentiated solutions and services to be the preferred partner of choice for DSOs.

Job purpose:
The Enterprise Education Innovation & Partnership Lead is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding high-impact educational partnerships that support the company’s Enterprise Solutions strategy. This role focuses on the strategic planning and execution of Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and speaker engagement, the exploration and integration of new education technologies and learning formats, and long-term collaboration with educational institutions and networks globally. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with strong organizational and communication skills, experienced in delivering educational initiatives in a healthcare or medical device environment.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Your role will include:

Strategic Partnership Development & Management

  • Identify, initiate, and manage global strategic education partnerships with DSOs, universities, institutions, and training organizations aligned with Enterprise Solutions objectives.
  • Develop partnership frameworks and governance models to ensure alignment, scalability, and impact.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and drive long-term value for both parties.

Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Program Leadership

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable TTT programs across regions.
  • Ensure TTT content aligns with the global education strategy and product portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical education, marketing, and regional teams to deliver impactful training.

Speaker and KOL Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage a global network of Key Opinion Leaders and expert speakers.
  • Develop structured engagement plans to ensure consistent messaging and scientific integrity.Coordinate speaker involvement in global and regional events, educational programs, and content creation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate effectively with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in educational standards.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, education outcomes, and strategic impact.
  • Identify opportunities and proactively overcome challenges in clinical education and market execution.

Education Innovation & Learning Formats

  • Drive education innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and learning formats - such as digital platforms, blended models, and simulations - in alignment with the global education strategy and evolving learner needs.

Education and work experience:

  • DDS, DMD or equivalent degree.
  • MS, MSC, PHD or MBA degree in correlated areas is preferred.
  • 5 years+ of experience in clinical practice with dental implants and restorative solutions implant supported.
  • 3 years+ of experience in supporting training and education initiatives for Implant Dentistry (surgical and restorative)
  • Proven experience in developing and managing clinical education programs within the healthcare or related industry.
  • 3 years+ of experience in clinical research/evaluation is preferred.
  • 3 years+ of experience managing a team is preferred.
  • Experience with clinical studies and scientific writing.
  • Experience with LMS (learning management system)
  • Proven experience in developing and managing clinical education programs within the healthcare or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of implant and restorative solutions, with the ability to translate technical knowledge into educational content.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global and regional teams, driving alignment and consistency in educational standards.
  • Excellent communication and self-management skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges in clinical education and market execution.
  • Project Management Skills (Project, Asana, Celoxis, etc) skills required.
    Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …) skills required.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
